Terms and conditions

The presentation of books on this site is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting your order and completing payment you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm it by email.

All prices are final prices in euros (EUR).

Under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged and therefore none is shown.

All prices are exclusive of shipping: €4.90 within Germany, €9.90 to other EU countries. Shipping costs are shown before you submit your order.

Payment is processed by Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands) on a page hosted by Mollie.

We never receive or store your card or bank account details. Only the amount, the method used and a transaction reference are kept.

Delivery areas: Germany and EU countries.

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. If a title is unavailable we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to agree how to proceed; amounts already paid are refunded.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details and the model form are on the “Right of withdrawal” page.

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.

If a copy arrives damaged, defective or does not match your order, simply let us know quoting your order reference (format ME-XXXXXX). We will send a replacement or refund you.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
